Alex is a lifelong entrepreneur, investor, and operator with over 20 years of experience across asset management, investment banking, and private markets. He’s led high-performing teams, built companies from the ground up, and advised founders on strategic growth and exits.

Prior to founding Prince Capital, Alex held leadership roles at firms like Merrill Lynch, Highmark Capital, Bailard, and GQG Partners. His approach blends Wall Street discipline with the hands-on experience of building and running real businesses.

Alex is actively involved in the SMB community and works closely with founders on everything from capital strategy and sales planning to operational improvements and succession planning. Known for his pragmatic style and execution-first mindset, he brings clarity and drive to every business he partners with.
